Refund Policy
We're putting the finishing touches on our official refund policy. Here's how things work in the meantime.
Every Huallata booking is coordinated personally and confirmed with a 50% deposit. The remainder is paid when you arrive. The sections below will spell out exactly how refunds work in every situation, in plain language.
Deposits
What happens to your deposit if plans change is agreed with you in writing before you pay it. The official wording for this section is still being drafted.
Cancellations by the traveler
If you need to cancel, tell us as early as you can and we will confirm what applies to your booking. The exact conditions are still being put in writing here.
Cancellations by Huallata
If we ever have to cancel an experience, you hear it from us as soon as we know, and we agree the options for your trip directly with you.
Weather & safety changes
In the Andes, weather and safety can change a plan. When that happens we talk it through with you and confirm the new arrangement in writing.
How refunds are processed
We are still defining how refunds will be processed once online payment is live. Until then, every case is handled personally and confirmed with you in writing.
The official policy is still being written. Ask us anything about it in the meantime and we will tell you exactly what applies to your booking, in writing, before you pay anything.
Talk to a localIn the meantime, everything in writing
Until the official policy is published here, the conditions for your booking are agreed personally with you and confirmed in writing while we coordinate, so you know exactly where you stand before paying anything.
